JK 7th Pay Commission Salary Calculator 2018
The cabinet approved implementation of the 7th pay commission recommendations for state government employees and pensioners, Bukhari said.
The state government employees can now draw the salary for the month of April 2018 as per the revised scales, he said.
For the purpose of implementation of the 7th Pay Commission Recommendations, basic pay as on December 31, 2015, of employees shall be multiplied by uniform factor of 2.57 and then adjusted in the matrix recommended by the Pay Committee.
The benefit of House Rent Allowance on revised pay shall be available from April, 2018 and all allowances except Dearness Allowance (DA) shall continue as before while DA from January, 2016 onwards shall be paid on revised pay on new rates to be notified by Finance Department, he added.
According to the decision, gratuity shall be enhanced from the existing ceiling of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh with effect from January 1, 2016, with increase in the ceiling on gratuity by 25 per cent whenever DA rises by 50 per cent as recommended by 7th CPC/ as per Central Government pattern.

And my in-situ promotion is 01-06-2016 in grade pay of (9300-34800)4200

Now-a-days there’s no promotional benefits. Only pay benefit is given as your next matrix level changes on completion of every 10 years as MACP SCHEME. In this ways getting promotion in June,16 it will be benefited in the increment on completion of 6 months only from 1/1/2017 onwards in the next level i.e 5 to 6 matrix table.

If an employee has date of appointment as 27-04-2016 with basic pay 8370+2800=11170
What should be his date of increment please, give details. Moreover what about the employee having same basic pay as above but date of appointment as 09-0.5-2015?

Yes first 3years (2016,2017 * & 2018) no change in pay after 4th year 7/2019 will get benefited on appointed in 2015, in the next year 7/2020 will get benefited on appointed 2016. Pay benefits comes from the 4th year only any how he is one year senior he will get at 10th year as matrix table changes as promotion.

every employee got increment in July 2016.
there is another increment from January 2016 under 7th pay commission. how possible.

There’s no two increments. Only option given January or July on completion of 6 months after promotion. Now promotional benefits of every 10 years as MACP only.
