JK 7th Pay Commission Salary Calculator 2018

The cabinet approved implementation of the 7th pay commission recommendations for state government employees and pensioners, Bukhari said.

The state government employees can now draw the salary for the month of April 2018 as per the revised scales, he said.

For the purpose of implementation of the 7th Pay Commission Recommendations, basic pay as on December 31, 2015, of employees shall be multiplied by uniform factor of 2.57 and then adjusted in the matrix recommended by the Pay Committee.

The benefit of House Rent Allowance on revised pay shall be available from April, 2018 and all allowances except Dearness Allowance (DA) shall continue as before while DA from January, 2016 onwards shall be paid on revised pay on new rates to be notified by Finance Department, he added.

According to the decision, gratuity shall be enhanced from the existing ceiling of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 20 lakh with effect from January 1, 2016, with increase in the ceiling on gratuity by 25 per cent whenever DA rises by 50 per cent as recommended by 7th CPC/ as per Central Government pattern.

    As your pay as on 31/12/15 – Rs.18190 x 2.57 + 57542.30 fixed at matrix level 6 in stage 18 as 58600, increment on 1/7/16 as Rs.60,400 stage 19 & due to promotion (if MACP only not in designated promotion as per vacant post) with one increment in the same matrix level 6 table at stage 20 as 62,200 fixed in next matrix table level 7 as 64,100 at stage 13 on 1/7/17. Next increment on 1/7/2018 as Rs.66,000 at stage 14 in level 7..

    My basic pay as on 31-12-2015 is =18190
    (9300 – 34800)4210
    And I get promotion in 01-07-2017in grade pay of (9300-34800)4600
    Plz help me for pay fix

    If an employee has date of appointment as 27-04-2016 with basic pay 8370+2800=11170
    What should be his date of increment please, give details. Moreover what about the employee having same basic pay as above but date of appointment as 09-0.5-2015?

      Appointed on 9/5/15 will get increment on 1/7/16, 1/7/17 & 1/7/18 with additional three stages of increment in the matrix level 5. 27/4/16 appointed will get increment on 1/7/18 only at 2nd stage of that level. On completion of one year service.

    which option of pay fixation jan or July 2016 is more beneficial for the employees and what will be the loss if all staff is fixed on first july, 2016

      It depends upon his retirement, if retirement after January is best for January or after July means July is best.

    my basic as on 31-12-2015 Grade pay 1300 (SL1 4400-7440) is 7310 and my in-situ promotion is 01-09-2016 (SL1 4400-7440) Gade Pay 1400 is 7860

    plz help me for pay fix
