The 7th pay commission submitted 7th cpc report to the finance ministry on the November month of Last year
This is well known to everyone, pay fixation is an important segment in this report.
How the pay fixation has to be done has been clearly explained using the Matrix Table.
we are created a unique table for pay Band – II.
we have done this according to the recommendations prescribed by the 7th Pay Commission.
The table that we have formulated is as show below.

A info recd thg departt. That if employee on leave on 1st jan 2016 Will get financial benifit fm the date of joining. The defence and para millatry pers remained on leave in dec jan as they planned their leave in the starting of new year. Due to this recommendation of 7th cpc they will not get benifit .hence it is requested that plz allow benifit to all employees fm 1st jan 2016 either he is on leave or on j t.

Technical staff (artician staff) is the back bone for transport of indian railway but it is seen that none any pay commission considered their status regarding fixation of pay if their percentage are 95 % but other staff in railway getting more reliable pay. ASM -pay band upgraded from 2800 to 4200 and in commercial -1900+2000 upgraded to 2800+4200 is fully injustice.
artician,s pay should be upgraded from 1900+2400+2800+4200 to 2800+4200+4600 and pay band of MCM 4200 to be upgraded in two stage 4600+4800.
also privilege pass and PTO should be issued whose grade pay 2800
a clarification regarding issue of pass and pto who appointed between 1969 to 1987 in basic pay 5375/- in scale 4500-7000/- as per recomendation by 5th pay commission as well as 6th pay commission but none any follow this rules by railway cause a lot nos. artician prevented from 1st class pass.
so necessary action required from your end to highlight the matter to railway board while they get their justice.

MY BASIC PAY IS 48370 ,PB-4,IN PB-3 THIS BASIC SHOWS MORE INITIAL PAY THAN PB-4.
