The 7th pay commission submitted 7th cpc report to the finance ministry on the November month of Last year
This is well known to everyone, pay fixation is an important segment in this report.
How the pay fixation has to be done has been clearly explained using the Matrix Table.
we are created a unique table for pay Band – II.
we have done this according to the recommendations prescribed by the 7th Pay Commission.
The table that we have formulated is as show below.

My basicpay is 11700 and gp is 2800 after 7th pay commition how much gat in hand

As on date we got 125% DA I.e. 2.25 times. Now 7 CPC gives us 2.52 times. So the difference is just .27 times. It is totally disagreed pay commission. Aser old pay scale DA calculate on BP+GP+MSP+TPTL. But now DA calculate o my on Basic pay. Pl comment

If two employees having different basic in sixth pay will merge in a same level of seventh pay as per matrix?
What precaution has been taken by seventh pay commission to avoid bunching?
My junior has basic pay Rs 20890 and I am getting Rs 21370 complete one increamet but due to bunching both of we will get fix on Rs 55200. At level 7 of seventh pay commission is correct or not?
