The 7th pay commission submitted 7th cpc report to the finance ministry on the November month of Last year
This is well known to everyone, pay fixation is an important segment in this report.
How the pay fixation has to be done has been clearly explained using the Matrix Table.
we are created a unique table for pay Band – III.
we have done this according to the recommendations prescribed by the 7th Pay Commission.
The table that we have formulated is as show below.

What will be new pension as per 7pc.

How the basic pay as per 7 CPC is like your table. Let Ex.Basic pay is 21620. Then Multiply By 2.67 I,e 21620×2.67=57725.4. It will be 57800, but not 56100
Another example- Ex Basic 21800 Then It will be 21800×2.67=58206 .Then New Basic pay will be 59500 but not 57800. Who can clarify the above table please clarify.
7 CPC made the recommendation as Ex Basic pay x 2.67 for PB-3 & make it rounded up.Then how the above table is made which is wrong.

I retired in the on 31 march 2012 with basic pension fixed at 29770 (basic pay Rs 49540+(grade pay Rs. 10000). please let me me know my basic pension as on 1. 1. 2016

I retired on 31.5.1996 in the 5th pay commission pay scale of RS 10,000-325-15200 with basic pay at Rs
11,950. i.e. with 6 increments. Earlier before the implementation of 5th pay commission my basic pay on 31.12.1995 was Rs 4125 in the then pay scale of Rs 3000-100-3500-125-5000 with 1.5.1996 as date of next increment. Under 6th pay commission my pension was revised to Rs 13086 w.e.f 1.1.2016.. Kindly calculate and advise me the pension in terms of 7th pay commission. . In the 7th Pay commission report three sample examples of pension fixation are given. In the second example a person who had retired in 1989 with a basic pay of Rs 4000.00 i.e 9 increments in the pay scale of Rs 3000-100-3500-125-5000 his 7th pay commission pension has been fixed at Rs 44,400. Since my salary was higher i expect my pension higher than this pensioner . Harbhajan Singh Parhar
