“dushta nigraha sishta paripalanaha” . To protect the good and punish the evil. Our government buckles when the terrorists strike in kashmir and north east. That means they do what a good administrator do. The government servants are look down contemptuously like the roman slaves and dictates terms what it gives must be accepted, nothing more. It will be no wonder that the nation suffers by this attitude of the government when the govt servants are forced to go on strike to ptheir demand. There is terrible liquidity crunch with the government and its eyes are bulging out what to do to surmount the problem,. god alone know what the govenrment knows
