What. Was your last pay drawn, your notional pay has to be fixed on 1.1.2016 50% shall be the pension
Dr. M. K. Gajera says
Pay scales of 14300-18300 and 14300-22400 under 5th CPC were revised to starting basic pay of 46100(37400+8700) and 53000 (43000+10000) granted under Sixth CPC was illegal and unconstitutional as the same violates Article 14 & 16 of the constitution, as both the scale employees were starting with 14300 earlier while the said gap is being widened under Seventh CPC with separate starting pay of 118500 and 144200, This differential scale was not necessary as under the new pay structure of Sixth CPC the stagnation was being taken care of by running pay bands with different grade pays. The Seventh CPC applies a lower rationalization factor to the earlier 14300-18300 and not to the earlier 14300-22400.
Will the Committee of Secretaries and implementation cell of the Finance Ministry take care of it? to justify that the error of Sixth CPC is corrected.
DEVAN says
