    Sir,
I retired on 30Apr 2005 with a basic pay of 16300/-+ Dp. in the scale of 14300- 18300..with correspondig pay scale ofRs 37000/= +gp of Rs 8700/- I am getting pension wrt half of Basic 46100/- i.e 23050/=- followed bay a multiplication of 2..57 thereby arriving at Rs 59239/-

Now the above table fixes my basic at 118500/- with corresponding pension @ rs 59250/-.
Further my scale falls in the concordance table 43 according to which my basic falls at Rs 126800/- corresponding to pension basic of rs 63400./- Where do I stand. ?

Your pension as per my knowledge should be 63400 as last pay drawn as 15900 and 16300 are fixed at 63400 as in my case also

I Retired on 30 Apr 2005 with the then Basic of Rs 16300/=- DP as then. REtirement basic pension started with 12165/- then . after refixaton of pension I was placed in the PB IV with 37400/- +GP *8700/- (== 46100) and started getting pension @ 23050/- b.p. Then with the multiplication of the factor 2.57 I am getting pension @59000/- something. Where do I stand now?

The fixation shown in the Unique table for pay fixation as per 7th CPC recommendations PB – IV requires immediate correction in view of the modifications made in Level 13 under GP 8700 and approved by the cabinet. You are aware that modification of 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix Table (Civilian Employees) Revised Civil Pay Matrix was given by Gazette Notification – Resolution dated (16th May,2017).

Hence fixation of Level 13 under GP 8700 in the 6 CPC Pay Band of 37400-67000 given in the table is erroneous and should be modified as per revised gazette notification of 12.05.2017.
