- Provisional Allotment: By 11th March / September.
- Employee Decision: 12th–14th March / September.

- Relieving of Employees: By 15th April / October (unless disciplinary cases or special requests apply).
- Immediate Implementation:
- The revised guidelines are effective immediately.
- The December 2024 transfer cycle is canceled under these new instructions.
