Subject: Grant of Risk and Hardship Allowance to Track Maintainers posted in Construction Organizations reg.
Ref: Board’s Letter No.PC-VII/2017/I/7/5/4 dated 27.12.2018
Kindly refer to the letter mentioned above vide which the following information was sought for examination of the matter regarding grant of Risk and Hardship Allowance to Track Maintainers posted to Construction Organizations:
(i) How many Track Maintainers are posted on deputation to Construction Organizations and since when (approximate numbers)?
(ii) Are the Track Maintainers still continuing to be deputed to Construction Organizations?
(iii) Are the Track Maintainers deputed to Construction Organizations sent on ad-hoc promotion?
2. However, no information in this regard has yet been received in this office till date from your Railway. It is therefore requested to kindly furnish the above mentioned information on priority to enable further examination of the matter in Board’s office by 28/02/2019.
