Subject: Recommendation of 6th Central Pay Commission – Decision of Government relating to grant of Dearness Relief to Central Government pensioners/family pensioners — revised rates effective from 1-1-2006, 1-7-2006, 1-1-2007, 1-7-2007, 1-1-2008 and 1-7-2008
In partial modification of this Department’s OM of even number dated 12-9-2008, the following additions/deletions are being made:-
i. In para 3, the following may be added in the end: “read with this Department’s OM No.23/3/2008 P&PW (B) dated 15-9-2008”.
ii. In para 4, in the last line the date “12-9-2008” may please read as “15-9-2008”.
iii. After para 4, an additional para 4(A) may be inserted as under:
“the rates of DR in respect of the categories of CPF beneficiaries as mentioned in this Department’s O.M. of even No. dt.19.3.08, would be issued separately.”
