NOTIFICATION
No:156/2014/F/No.15-1/2014/GA Under the Explanation of Section 25 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (26 of 1881) read with the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.2/6/57-J dated 17th December, 1957 and in pursuance of the instructions contained in the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs letter No.14046/27/83 –GPI dated 15th February, 1984 and the Ministry of Personnel & Trainings, PG.& Pensions (Dept. of personnel and Training), New Delhi Office Memorandum No.12/03/2014-JCA-2 dated 6th June, 2014. The Lt., Governor of A&N Islands has been pleased to declare the following days to be Public Holidays in the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands during calendar year, 2015.
