The Government of Odisha have been pleased to declare 18 Holidays for the Banks and Banking Institutions of Odisha Under N.I. Act for the Calendar Year, 2015 pursuant to the instructions of Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India and the guidelines of Reserve Bank of India, Bhubaneswar.
In addition to this now the Government of Odisha have been further pleased to declare one more holiday as listed under keeping in view the local customs and requirements of the employees of the Banks and other Banking Institutions operating in the State in accordance with D.O.No.41/2/98-BO-II dated 25th September, 2001, Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India.
