I am dead against of maximum length of govt service of 33 years. It is better to join private sector for good promotion scope and heathy perks.

I agree with Mr. Vinay Kumar sharma. The achiever of govt job in an early age is no doubt a meritorious one, except some cases of deceased dependents. Thousands of employees get retirement every month. As for as the matter of youngsters awaiting for job is concerned, there are so many vacant posts in every ministry/department against which the govt is not in a proper mode of recruitment to fulfill those vacant posts. On the other hand, the service length of a govt employee to be restricted to 33 years is a well settled conspiracy to reduce the actual retirement age of an employee. What a sub standard thinking of bureaucrats?
I am dead against of maximum length of govt service of 33 years. Why, bhaiyya, who has meritoriously achieved govt job at a younger age, should be punished. He has already been punished, as at the tender age when his colleagues were enjoying he was serving the nation. What a pitiable thinking of bureaucrats?
