Are the defence per not CGE? Is it mistake or intentional delay tactics. I think CPC members wants to show that they are more powerful in war as well as in peace time also. if it is so then show your power in battle field or in front of bullet , then people of India will think that they are brave otherwise it is a coward act. Which the committee can do NOW IT IS DOING BY HONOURABLE SC OF INDIA.

what will be the rate of DA for DE if it is paid prerevised rated.

only wonder as to why this anomaly has been created and now referring it to anomalies committee is only going to cause delays and further frustration among the military pensioners..
The military pensioners must ,at least, be paid at par with civil employees. Therefore , even if 7th CPC recommended something otherwise, it should have been rejected by the govt..
The govt must take care of the military personnel & pensioners , at least , at par with other civil employees.
why NOT revise the disability element of pension wef 1-1-2016 ; as has already been done for others; without any ifs and buts and immediately.. also additional old age pension on disability element should be continued for military pensioners as well.
