Sub: Integrated Payment System (IPS) for payment of conduct of Term-II Examinations — reg.

Madam/Sir,

The Board has started Integrated Payment System (IPS) for payment of conduct of Term-II Examinations. The following are the features of this system :-

i) The system is having seven modules:

a) Fixed remuneration for Examination Centres
b) Account details for the functionaries involved in the examination
c) Details of the examination functionaries
d) Centre Accounts details
e) Freeze payments
f) Final payment report
g) Grievances

ii) Calculation of the payment will be made automatically by the system.
iii) Most of the details will be captured from the information submitted by the schools at the time of conduct of examinations.
iv) Payment will be released to individual account.

For the best use of the system which is different from Term-I IPS, the following is requested:-

1. Read the User Manual of IPS and note the fields required to be filled in.
2. Based on the same, collect the data and check the same to ensure that data filled in is correct.
3. Kindly ensure IFSC Codes all correct as per recent merger of the Banks.

Once satisfied that the data is correct, the same information may be filled in the IPS. The applicable rates will be automatically filled in. However, the details of rates are available in the IPS Module itself. Once data is filled in, CBSE will start releasing the payment in an automotive mode. After the IPS for Term-II Examinations, the CBSE will start payment for evaluation also.

In the current IPS, Module for grievance, an icon is also given to raise the issue, if any, by the schools. For sending the grievance, schools can select the type of grievance, fill the remarks and submit the same.

All the schools are directed to complete this work within one month’s period from the date of issue of this letter.

Yours faithfully,

(DR. SANYAM BHARDWAJ)
