Sub: Circulation of list of eligible Lower Division Clerks for promotion as Accountant on seniority basis (25% Quota ) during the year 2019- regarding.
Attention is invited to the Gradation List of LDCs of CCAS cadre circulated by this office vide O.M. No. A.11019/46/2017-18/MF.CGA(A)/NG/Pro/Acctts/Vol/78 dated 02.05.2018 and correction thereon. The Gradation List is also available for reference on CGA’s official website i.e. www.cga.nic.in.
2.As per Gradation List of LDCs, total 42 LDCs ( list enclosed ) shall be completing requisite 5 years length of service on the post as 01.01.2019 i.e the crucial date of eligibility or covered under provision contained in Note 2 below Column 11 of Schedule to the Central Civil Accounts Service ( Accountant and Senior Accountant ) Recruitment Rules 2010 and therefore eligible for consideration for promotion as Account on Seniority basis under 25% quota during the year 2019.
3. The LDCs of CCAS cadre fulfilling eligibility conditions/criteria for promotion to the post of Accountant as on 01.01.2019.but whose name are not included in the enclosed list may represent to this office through concerned principal Accounts office along-with complete details.
4. The Pr. CCA/CCA/CA/Dy.CA are requested to verify the correctness of details of Gradation list and intimate the discrepancy, if any, to this office immediately for carrying out necessary corrections in the Gradation list.
