Sub:- Freezing of Dearness Allowance to Central. Government employees and Dearness Relief to Central Government pensioners at current rates till July 2021.
Sir/Ma dam, I am directed to forward herewith a copy of the Ministry of Finance, Department of. Expenditure’s Office Memorandum no.1/1/2020-E-11 (13) dtd 23.04.2020 on the subject cited above for information and further necessary action.

Allow Enhanced DR from 1.1.2020, 1.7.2020 and from 1.1.2021 for those whose basic pension is in the level from 1 to 8, ie grade pay 1800 to 4800 , who the least pension drawrs. The must found funds for medical treatments, cloths, foods and other social obligations from meagre pension. Once reaches above 60 or 70 or 80 not to tell health conditions and costly medical Treatments as in patients and op patients. Govt. May pl reconsider and pay DR to low paid pensioners whose GP is upto 4800.
