Ref: NFIR’s letter No.1/5(g)/2019 dated 22.02.2021 (PNM/NFIR item No.51/2018)
The undersigned is directed to refer to your letter under reference on the cited subject
2. In this regard it is stated that MoH&FW, the Nodal Department on HPCA/PCA, has not issued instructions for payment of HPCA/PCA to all Group “C” and “D” Railway employees including ministerial staff working in hospital/health Unit on the recommendations of 7th CPC As and when a decision is taken in this regard by MoH&FW corresponding instructions in respect of Railway Employees would be issued accordingly by the Ministry of Railways.
