My Grievance on my pay fixation registered from 2010 is not responded properly affecting me in my pay in service, settlement and in pension till date.
A very few of normal events alone are solved and not many. They act only as a forwarding agents and do not follow anything further.
They just float the registered grievance and the grievance becomes between the affected party and the admin.
The very purpose is of no value. In my opinion they the white elephants.
The electronic system is again an additional expense to the Govt and creates more post and the forwarding will be more faster with he same attitude.
The loss to meis so far is about 3 lakhs,in service (a chart is also submitted) besides settlement and pension difference from June 2010 and again from 7CPC pension from Jan 2016 – as a whole
The total s coming to 5 lakhs in addition tothe postal expenses and personal visits by about 50000/-.
They run only a postal courier service parallel to Govt Post. now with electronic may be advance to fast track service. witout any difference.
