Subject: Revision of pension w.e.f 1-1-2006 of Pre-2006 pensioners who retired from the 5h CPC Scale of Rs.6500-10500 or equivalent pay scale in the earlier pay commission periods.
Madam/Sir,
I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter No.4-1(2)/2019 – pension dated 31-01-2019 forwarding therewith DoP&PW’s OM No.38/33/2012-P&PW(A) dated 04-01-2019 on the above subject. Reference is also invited to letter of even number dated 09.07.2019 forwarding therewith DoP&Pw’s OM No.38/33/2012-P&PW(A) dated 09.07.2019 on the above cited subject.
2. In this regard, representations have been received from various quarters for non-implementation of above-said order with the request to take immediate action for clearing pending cases of pre-2006 pensioners.
3. In view of above, it is requested to instruct the concerned officials to take immediate necessary action to settle the pending cases, Efforts may also be taken to ensure to identify those cases which fall under the purview of DoP&PW instructions.
This may be accorded Top priority.

Is there any proposal for revision of pay scales those who retired prior to 2006..?

Sir,
Those who are retired 5th CPC scale they got some benefits from new -revised. But
Same time so many pensioners retired during 4th CPC scale. Thay are received less pension than 5th CPC retired. So many pensioners represent parent Dept but they will not considered their Grivence.
They are not sending any reply.
4cpc scale retired pensioners available less than 50% only. Remaining 50% pensioners are affected by junior pensioners (getting less pension than junior)
Kindly protect the senior pensioners,Those who are retired 4thCPC pay scale.
This kind of disparity among pensioners between Junior and seniors,Against the Indian constitution (equal pension/wage equal work)
4CPC pensioners due to old age they can’t go to Court OR CAT.
The Advocate also not ready to take up the matter due to It is very old Case.
In this juncture we represent yourself.
