Request for Verification and Amendment of IDAS Officers’ ER Sheets
The letter dated 23.02.2023 addressed to All the PCsDA/ CsDA and equivalent offices requests for the verification and amendment, if any, of the Executive Record (Sheets) of IDAS officers. The updated ER Sheets have been placed in the public domain of CGDAs website, and all concerned officers are requested to verify the correctness of the data and submit any amendments via email by 03.03.2023. Proforma controllers are requested to verify the details of recently promoted officers from SAO to JTS of IDAS and forward the ER sheets for publishing on the website.

Subject: – Updation of Executive Record (Sheets): IDAS officers.
Sir,
The undersigned is directed to state that the ER Sheets in respect of IDAS Officers under your administrative control in the prescribed format has been updated as per records held in this section, and are placed in the public domain of CGDAs website under Division> Admin> IDAS tab.
2. In this connection, all the concerned IDAS officers are requested to kindly verify the correctness of the data in the updated ER Sheet and forward the amendment, if any, in the soft copy (MS word format) on email id- anl-pinklist.cgda@nic.in to be incorporated in the ibid ER Sheets latest by 03.03.2023.
2.1 Further, with regards to the officers who have been recently promoted from SAO to JTS of IDAS, the proforma controllers are requested to verify the details of the officers from their service books and forward the ER sheets to this office for publishing on the website
3. Also, a confirmation regarding no change, if the updated ER sheets are in order, may also be forwarded in the aforesaid email address.
4. An early action in this regard is solicited please.
