Subject: Online submission of final Travel Claims for Audit under Defence Travel System — Roll-out of Phase IV for Army (Officers) — reg.
As part of the Department’s initiatives towards automation of processes under the Digital India programme of the Government of India, the Controller General of Defence Accounts inaugurated the roll-out of Defence Travel System, Phase IV for the Defence Accounts Department on 09.05.2022. In furtherance thereof, the project is scheduled to be launched on 21.06.2022, to cover digital submission and audit of Travel Claims of Army (Officers).
2. As desired by the CGDA, the roll-out has been scheduled at 1130 Hrs on 21.06.2022. The programme is proposed to be held at Kautilya Conference Hall, DAD Headquarters, Delhi Gantt. The programme is also planned to be made accessible through video conference. Senior Army Officers, designated Pr CsDA posted in New Delhi and Pr CDA(0), Pune, are requested to physically participate in the programme.
3. All other Pr CsDA/ CsDA, are requested to attend the programme, through video conference facility. The necessary link shall be made available on the official email ID of the Offices of the respective Pr. Controllers/Controllers.
