Shortlisting of HCOs under continuous empanelment scheme in Delhi/NCR.
Following HCOs have been shortlisted after technical evaluation of their application documents submitted under continuous empanelment scheme followed by inspection of physical facilities by CGHS. These shortlisted HCOs are now required to submit letter of acceptance of CGHS rates, MoA & performance Bank Guarantee of requisite amount for consideration of their empanelment with CGHS within a period of 10 days but not later than 30 days from date of issue of this OM.
