Sub: Removal of Jubilee Memorial Hospital, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram from the list of empanelled Health Care Organisation under CGHS Trivandrum.
In reference to your letter dated 24.06.2022, M/s. Jubilee Memorial Hospital, Meads Lane, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram has conveyed unwillingness to continue the empanelment under CGHS. The matter has been xamined and it has been decided that the said hospital shall stand removed from the list of empanelled hospitals under CGHS Trivandrum with effect from 13.10.2022.
