Subject: Continuous empanelment of Private Health Care organizations (HCOs) under CGHS, Bhubaneswar.
In continuation to the OM No. -S. 11045/36/2012/CGHS/HEC of the Directorate of CGHS, Ministry of Health of F.W., Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi dt. 10th Dec., 2014 the following Private Hospitals (HCOs) are empanelled under CGHS, Bhubaneswar with immediate effect.
The approved list of the HCOs for empanelment under CGHS, Bhubaneswar as per terms and conditions of empanelment and MOA signed between CGHS and HCO as per CGHS rate of 2014 is enclosed herewith.
A copy of this office order along with a list of empanelled HCOs are placed on the website at http://mohfw.nic.in/cghsnew/index.asp.
