Reasons and Implications of De-empanelment of M/s. Shankara Laboratories from CGHS, Chennai
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of the Government of India has issued a letter to M/s. Shankara Laboratories informing them that they have been de-empanelled under the Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) in Chennai, effective from April 6, 2023. The decision was made based on the Exit Clause of MoA entered with CGHS. The letter was issued by the Additional Director of CGHS Chennai.
