Subject: De-empanelment of Oro Dental Speciality Clinics, Patna from the list of empanelled HCOs under CGHS Patna – regarding.
With reference to the above mentioned subject, Oro Dental Speciality Clinic, Patna was asked to complete the onboard process on the HEM portal (NHA IT platform) for further uploading the bills of CGHS beneficiaries (pensioners) in a paperless environment, within stipulated time on many occasions, but despite repeated reminders, Oro Dental Speciality Clinic, Patna has not complied with the direction of the undersigned.
In view of the above, Oro Dental Speciality Clinic, Patna is De-empanelled from the list of empanelled HCOs under CGHS, Patna with immediate effect.
