With reference to the letter dated 18.67.2022 received from Sengupta Hospital & Research Institute, Ravinagar Square, Nagpur, in which the hospital has given one month prior Notice for stopping their hospital services to CGHS beneficiaries and to release back dues and also release the performance bank guarantee. Hence, Sengupta Hospital & Research Institute, Ravinagar Square, Nagpur is de-empanelled from CGHS Nagpur with immediate effect. This information and necessary action accordingly.
