Empanelment of Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS Chennai
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, has issued an office order under the Central Govt. Health Scheme (CGHS) Chennai, announcing the empanelment of M/s. Ambuja Dental Clinic & Implant Centre in Chennai. This decision follows the guidelines outlined in the Ministry’s official memorandum dated 13th September, 2022 (F.No.S.11011/09/2022/CGHS(HEC)). The empanelment, recommended by a committee, falls under the Continuous Empanelment Scheme 2022 for Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) within the CGHS Chennai network.

In pursuance of Ministry’s O.M. F.No.S.11011/09/2022/CGHS (HEC) dated 13th September, 2022, consequent upon the recommendation of the committee, M/s. Ambuja Dental Clinic & Implant Centre, Chennai has been emplanelled under the Continuous Empanelment Scheme 2022 for empanelment of Health Care Organization (HCOs) under CGHS Chennai as per the terms and conditions of empanelment and the MOA signed between CGHS and HCO with effect from 23/6/2023 to 22/6/2025 or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
