M/s Jays Dental Care, Chennai Empanelled under Continuous Empanelment Scheme 2022
The Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, has issued an office order regarding the empanelment of Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under the Central Govt. Health Scheme (CGHS) in Chennai. The order, numbered No.A.III/CGHS/C/Emp. of Hospt/2023/569 and dated 30/5/2023, states that in accordance with the Ministry’s O.M. F.No.S.1101 1/09/2022/CGHS(HEC) dated 13th September, 2022, and based on the recommendation of the committee, M/s Jays Dental Care in Chennai has been empanelled under the Continuous Empanelment Scheme 2022. The empanelment is in line with the terms and conditions of empanelment and the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed between CGHS and the HCO.

Sub.: Empanelment of Private Health Care Organizations (HCOs) under CGHS Chennai.
In pursuance of Ministry’s O.M. F.No.S.1101 1/09/2022/CGHS(HEC) dated 13th September, 2022. consequent upon the recommendation of the committee, M/s Jays Dental Care, Chennai has been emplanelled under the Continuous Empanelment Scheme 2022 for empanelment of Health Care Organization (HCOs) under CGHS Chennai as per the terms and conditions of empanelment and the MOA signed between CGHS and HCO with effect from 3/5/2023 to 2/5/2025 or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
