Sir,
With reference to the above subject. permission is hereby granted to Hamdard Imaging Centre (A unit of Clearmedi Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.), HAH Centenary Hospital, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi 110062 empaneled under CGHS Delhi/NCR to exit from CGHS panel w.e.f. 15.10.2022.
2. The CGHS beneficiaries already being treated in the center prior to the issue of this order, their bills are to be submitted to National Health Authority/concerned department, as the case may be with justification for consideration and payment.
