Sub — Withdrawal of CGHS empanelment in respect of “Infinity Heart Institute”, Napier Town Jabalpur reg.
As per the direction of Director CGHS, the empanelment of Infinity Heart Institute, (Unit of IHRC Pvt Ltd), 2™ Floor, Dixit Pride, Near Taiyab Ali Petrol Pump, Napier Town, Jabalpur MP, is hereby withdrawn based on QCI “non recommendation” for empanelment under CGHS with immediate effect.
The CGHS Beneficiaries already under treatment in the said hospital may be continued till the completion of treatment and bill may be submitted to the BCA.
