Sub:- Initiation of ‘Continuous Empanelment Scheme’ for Private Hospitals, Diagnostic centres exclusive Eye centres and Dental clinics under CGHS.

 Ref:- Ministry’s Letter No.S.11045/36/2012/CGHS/HEC dated 10th  December 2014.

 With reference to the Directorate’s office memorandum dated 10th December 2014 on the subject cited above initiation of Continuous Empanelment Scheme for private hospitals, diagnostic centres exclusive eye centres and dental clinics under CGHS Hyderabad has been initiated. After following the due process, the list of private hospitals and diagnostic centres were finalized as per the terms and conditions laid down in the OM dated 10-12-2014 as well as Signing of the MOA and execution of Performance Bank Guarantee and accept rates as per the notified rates on CGHS website under e-tender 2014.

The list of hospitals, diagnostic centres exclusive eye centres shall deem to be empanelled for a period of 2 (TWO) years or as applicable to other HCOs empanelled earlier in 2014 through e-tender whichever is earlier from the date of notification.

This issues with the concurrence of Internal Finance Division in the Ministry of Health 6 Family Welfare.
