Option to apply for empanelment in respect of 64 Health Care Organizations, which were removed from CGHS panel on 2nd May 2022
This Office Memorandum (OM) announces the option for 64 Health Care Organizations (HCOs) to apply for empanelment with the CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) again. These HCOs were previously removed from the CGHS panel on 2nd May 2022 due to their non-compliance with onboarding the NHA-IT Platform. The Competent Authority has granted permission for these HCOs to submit their applications to the Additional Director (HQ), CGHS, Delhi for consideration of empanelment within 30 days

Subject: Option to apply for empanelment in respect of 64 Health Care Organizations, which were removed from CGHS panel on 2nd May 2022
The undersigned is directed to convey the approval of Competent Authority to draw attention to the OM No 11011/07/2020/CGHS/HEC/ dated the 2nd May 2022, vide which 64 Health Care Organizations (list enclosed) were removed from CGHS panel for their non-compliance to onboard on NHA-IT Platform and to state that such Health Care Organizations are now permitted to submit applications to Additional Director(HQ), CGHS, Delhi for consideration of empanelment again ,within 30 days of issue of this OM.
Their applications in the prescribed format shall be considered as per the terms and conditions of empanelment and compliance with instructions to onboard TMS platform.
