Sub: – De-empanelment of Central Hospital, Bhopal from the panel of CGHS Bhopal.
The empanelment of Central Hospital (A Unit of Arush Health Care Pvt. Ltd.), B-123, Indra Vihar Colony, Tilak Society, Near Singar Choli Airport Road, Bhopal (M.P) is being discontinued from the panel of Central Govt. Health Scheme, Bhopal w.e.f. 01.11.2022 on the hospital’s own request vide their Letter No. nil dated 06.09.2022.
Central Govt. Health Scheme Bhopal, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has no objection in withdrawing the name by the hospital. Performance Bank Guarantee of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) submitted by the hospital will be released after adjustment/recovery of dues (if any) after three months from the date of de-empanelment of the hospital as per the rules/MOA.
