Shortlisting of HCOs under continuous empanelment scheme in Delhi/NCR.
Following HCOs are required to submit letter of acceptance of CGHS rates, MoA & Performance Bank Guarantee of requisite amount for consideration of their empanelment with CGHS within a period of 10 days but not later than 30 days from date of issue of this list.
