The Pensioners in Central Autonomous bodies, whose pension is not yet fixed for want of orders fixing in 7th CPC, are also deprived of paying DR @ 7% w.e.f. 1.7.2016. The Drawing and Disbursing Officers are stating that no orders are issued by the DOPT sanctioning DR @ 7% for pre 2016 pensioners. Thus they are suffering on both counts: (i) non-implementation of pension under 7th CPC, and (ii) denial of increased DR @7% from 1.7.2016 for those who are still in pre 2016 scales.

Please take up this issue immediately with the Min.of Fin and DOPT, as they are put to financial hardship.
