Subject: Reservation in promotion to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs).
In accordance with the DoP&T OM No. 36012/1/2020- Estt.(Res.-) dated the 17th May 2022 (copy enclosed) on the subject mentioned above, it is requested to provide the following details with respect to the AAOs of PwBDs upto the Roster no. 1950 as per the Roster of AAOs circulated vide HQrs Office No. AN/XI/11056/Roster Corr/2019 dated 13.05.2020 duly verifying the authenticity of the requisite Certificates and documents.

2. It is also requested to examine/ look into all the cases of AAOs of PwBDs upto Roster no. 1950 and the requisite APAR dossiers along with other cfonnected documents/ Certificates / information of AAOs fo PwBDs (incloding AAOs of PwBDs posted woth PIFAs / IFAs who are borne on the strength of the PCsDA/CsDA/ PCA) may ne furnished in the prescribed format(s) (enclosed as Annexure ‘A’ to ‘H’ ) with this office letter No. AN/II/2151/DPC/AAO to AO/2022 dated 04.02.2022, at the earliest please.
3. Further, while forwading the dossiers and DPC related documents/ information, it may be ensured that the requisite information/ documents have been provided strictly as per the instruction contained in Annexure- 1 & 2 of this office letter No. AN/II/2151/DPC/AAO to AO/2022 dated 04.02.2022
