Revision of Condiment Expenditure
The Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has issued a letter regarding the revision of condiment expenditure for all ranks in the Indian Army and personnel of Inter Service Organisations (ISOs). The revision of rates will come into effect from 1st April 2023. This decision has been approved by the President of India and is in reference to a previous letter dated 5th July 2022.

I am directed to refer to the Government of India, Ministry of Defence letter No. 21704/Q/ST-6(Condiments)/1414/D(QS)/2022 dated 05th July, 2022 and to convey the sanction of the President of India for revision of rates of Condiment Expenditure for all ranks in India Army and personnel of Inter Service Organisations (ISOs) as under with effect from 01st Apr, 2023:
2. This issues with the concurrence of Ministry of Defence (Finance) vide ID No. 14(1)/2000/QB/Vol.11/28 dated 18th April, 2023.
