Subject:- Non- return of Computer, MFP supplied under MMP-Pensioners’ Portal in view of the de-notification of the Retired Railway Employees Welfare Association (Regd.) Gurgaon (RREWA)
Sir,
I am directed to refer to DoP&PW registered letter No. 511512014-P&PW(C) dated 12.06.2014 (copy enclosed) wherein your Pensioner Association was de-notified under the Pensioners’ Portal with immediate effect. In this letter it had also been mentioned that the “hardware/Software provided by this Department to your organization may be returned without any delay” but till date no hardware/software has not been received by this Department.
2. In view of above you are once again requested to return the HW/SW(Computer, printer, UPS etc.) in this Department without any further delay, to avoid initiation of any legal action in this regard..
3. This may be treated on top priority.
