Closure of Offices / buildings in connection with G-20 Summit, 2023
This memorandum, dated September 5, 2023, from the Government of India’s Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, addresses the closure of offices and buildings in preparation for the G-20 Summit, 2023, scheduled for September 9th and 10th in Delhi. To ensure robust security measures during the summit, comprehensive anti-sabotage checks must be conducted in specified buildings outlined in the attached Annexure. These buildings are to be vacated by 0900 hours on September 8, 2023, to facilitate room sealing after the anti-sabotage checks. The security arrangements by the Delhi Police will remain in effect until 0800 hours on September 11, 2023.

Subject: Closure of Offices / buildings in connection with G-20 Summit, 2023 – regarding
The G-20 Summit, 2023 will be held in Delhi during 9th and 10th of September, 2023. As a part of efforts to ensure foolproof security during G-20 Summit-2023, thorough Anti – Sabotage Checks are required to be done in the Buildings mentioned as Annexure well before the starting of G-20 Summit. These Buildings are required to be vacated from 0900 hrs on 08.09.2023 so as to seal the rooms after completion of regular anti-sabotage checks. The arrangements made by Delhi Police will be continued till 0800 hours on 11.09.2023. Besides, in order to sanitize the buildings, Roof-watchers are to be deployed. Due to which, it will be essential that buildings and the roof tops (as per list enclosed) are made available for thorough Anti-Sabotage Check.
