Subject: Long term MPA, Edward Mason Programme at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) under the DFFT Scheme for the Year 2015-16.
Reference this Department’s Circular of even no.dated 13-10-2014, wherein officers interested in the Edward Mason Programme at Harvard University, have to take admission directly and then apply to DoPT for full funding under the DFFT Scheme.
2. It is requested that all officers who have confirmed admission for Mason Programme at Harvard University and are eligible as per the circular dated 13-10-2014 may apply for sponsorship under the DFFT scheme through their respective controlling authorities along with requisite clearance e.g. vigilance clearance. ACR grading and others, in the enclosed format latest by 6th April 2015.
