Sir,
I am directed to say that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (i) of Section 5A of the Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (Act XIX of 1952), the Central Government has reconstituted the Central Board of Trustees (EPF) vide Notification No. V-20012/1/2013-SS.II dated 23.04.2015 published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part-II, Section-3 Sub-Section (ii) (Issue No. 835) on 23.04.2015 substituting the existing entry at Sl. No. 3 & 4 of Gazette Notification No. V-20012/1/2013-SS.II dated 23.05.2013 [vide S.O. No. 1330(E)] and [G.S.R. 3165(E)] dated 12.12.2014 by Additional Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi and Director General, Labour Welfare, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi. Please find enclosed a copy of Gazette Notification dated 23.04.2015 for information.
