Reference:- Letter no. HRM-8/V/12(03)07/Pen.Asso/Vol.IV dated.02.09.2016. (SI. NO.555 at EPFO Website) followed by reminder by reminder dated. 02.01.2017 (SI. No. 555 at EPFO Website) on the above subject.
Sir/Madam,
Kindly refer to the letter refered above vide which it was requested to issue plastic I.D cards EPFO staff pensioners within two months from the date of issue of above letter. But even after issue of reminder dated 02.01.2017 as referred above information has been received only from the Regional Office as per list enclosed.
Therefore, it is once again requested that the information may be complied at the level of Zonal Offices for the reaming offices under their jurisdiction and sent to Head Office by 17.02.2017. It may ensured that no information is sent by Subordinate Offices to Head Office directly.
