Subject: Policy for intra region transfer/posting of Group ‘B’ Nursing & Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Para medical cadre employees in ESIC through online module.
Madam/Sir,
In pursuant to the directions of Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, New Delhi dated 04.02.2022, a new Policy for intra region transfer/ posting of Group ‘B’ Nursing & Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Para medical cadre employees has been formulated with the approval of Chairman, ESIC/ Hon’ble Minister of Labour & Employment and circulated vide letter ibid dated 07.12.2022 for compliance of all compliance of all concerned.
2. All Regional directors are hereby directed to ensure that the work related to Transfer/ Posting of Group ‘B’ Nursing & Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Para medical cadre employees in your state/ region is taken up immediately so that transfer/posting for the year 2023 can be completed within the prescribed timeline as laid down in Annexure II the said policy.
3. ICT division, ESIC Headquarters is requested to develop an online portal/module for annual general transfers as per requirements and timeline of the above transfer policy and make it available to the respective Regional Directors concerned at the earliest. This issues with approval of the Medical Commissioner (MA).
