Our group has been doing a very good job to achieve our legitimate rights. The last salary drawn by EXS needs to be protected and the pensions for below officers cadre retiring before 55 needs to remain ignored for such pay protection. There has to be a uniform system for all so that we ESM can follow the rules. This will also help in avoiding inter rivalry in our fraternity. We are the rule abiding community and we wish to do that. I pledge my all moral support for this and wish to contribute regularly for this purpose. Jaihind!

Sir, why justice is denied to the pre 2006 Pensoners?By delinking 33 Yrs for full pension to all pre 2006 is accepted by the govt, As on 31/12 /2005 my basic full pension is Rs. 4875 for that as per the fitment chart revised pension is Rs. 7345, But Iam getting Rs. 5585. only as per the same chart my pro rata pension for Rs. 3546, Revised pension is given correctly Rs. 5344 It means full pension is not giving to the pre 2006 Pensioners! After a long leagal battle we got full pension order from court and govt but not yet implemented !Concerned PAO sys that full pesion is applicable only for the retires after 2006 as per the OM dated29-8-2008. Why this discrimination? Why the court judgment is not following? Now we are getting the minimum pension only. We are in lose of thousands of Rupees per month in basic pension and lakhs of Rupees in pension arrears from 1/1/2006 To tilldate! This is injustice and creality to the old aged pre 2006 Pensioners who are conting their last days!
