MEMORANDUM
Subject :- Fixation of pay of Central and Provincial displaced Government Servants.
The undersigned is directed to refer to the last sentence of para 2 of this Ministry’s Memorandum No.F.15(4) –Est.III/49, dated the 9th May 1950, on the subject mentioned above and to say that a doubt has been raised in regard to the calculation of personal pay in cases where the pay already fixed is found to have been in excess of the pay found admissible under the said Memorandum. The intention is that the pay should be refixed with effect from the date of appointment in accordance with the revised orders in the Memorandum and the accordance with the revised orders in the Memorandum and the difference between the revised pay admissible on the 9th May 1950 and the pay drawn on the same date under earlier orders treated as personal pay to be absorbed in future increases in pay.
