Subject:-Fixation of pay on promotion after 1-1-73 from the revised junior Class I scale to the senior Class I scale of pay in certain organised Class I Services- Government’s decisions on recommendations of the Third Central Pay Commission regarding application of concor- dance table etc.
The undersigned is directed to refere to paragraph 3 of thi Ministry’s O.M. of even No. dated the 14th November, 1975 on the above subject which stipulated that the orders contained in that O.M. will remain in force for a period of 5 years rom 1-1-73.The matter has been reviewed and it has been decided to extend the orders further by another year up to the end of 31st December, 1978 or until further orders are issued in the matter, whichever in earlier.
2.In so far as persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Departments are concerned, these orders issues after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
