IIT Delhi
IIT Delhi is a public engineering institution in Delhi, India. It was established in 1961 by the Government of India. IIT Delhi offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in science and engineering. The institute has been ranked as the best engineering college in India by the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) since 2018.
The institute promotes critical thinking and an appreciation of the interdisciplinary character of knowledge, with an emphasis on the liberal arts, project oriented learning, compulsory courses in design and the life sciences, diversity and globalization.
